We keep it small

We are a small company, and we like it that way. We believe that the less people involved, the more efficient and productive everyone will be. We value everyone's contribution to the project, and each are expected to have a significant input.

We work with only few projects at a time. We like to form a good business around them. We dig small and innovate web products.

We like to work with projects in small, multiple iterations.

We keep it casual and relax

We believe that working is having fun.

In every major iteration, we spend some time relaxing and going outdoors. We use this time to reflect what has been done, and what should go in the next iteration. We believe that giving the team time and space, will result in a more cohesive, creative and productive environment.
