QA Analyst

We are looking for a diligent and thorough QA person, that will do the following:

Develop a process for testing and checking quality of softwares
(possibly) work with part-timers and interns for occasional usage testing
Automate testing as much as possible (Selenium, RSpec)
Document test cases, file bug reports (using FogBugz) and coordinate with programmers
Validate bug fixes and file a test report

For this position, we are particularly looking for someone who has the following:

Past experience is a *must*
a fairly high tolerance for repetition and a low boredom threshold
graduate of any computer science related courses
programming knowledge is nice, but not important (testing will eventually involve some ruby programming)

Software developers

Most All of our applications are developed using both the Rails (RoR) and Merb framework.

Only senior positions are available. We understand that not a lot of people has experience with Ruby, so equivalent experience in other programming language used in web development is OK (PHP, Python, Java).

The following are the responsibilities for this position:

Learn, and get up to speed with the Ruby language, the Rails and Merb frameworks
Additionally work with Javascript, CSS and similar client-side techs (except UI design)
Work on bug fixing tasks, enhancements and new feature additions
Work with a team

For this, we are looking for someone...

... who has at least 5 years of work experience in web development
... who have used PHP, Python, Java or PERL
... who have worked (a must!) in a *nix (linux, freebsd) environment (at least on the server side)

Systems Administrator

Kick-ass administrator who likes to automate everything.

Junior position is available. Here are some of what a systems administrator do in our team:

Manage Linux-based (CentOS, Suse) VPS servers remotely
Manage network configuration on remote data centers and in our local office
Develop scripts and tools for deployment (using Capistrano, vanilla ruby/perl scripts)
Setup monitoring tools related to performance and load
Manage business support applications (vendor and custom-built)
Manage office equipments

For this position, we are looking for someone:

At least 2 years experience with similar tasks above
Has a lot of experience working with Linux boxes
Server and network security, e.g. iptables
Works from the command-line or terminal
Has intensive knowledge of related Internet protocols: DNS, SMTP, HTTP, SSH
Programming experience with Bash, PERL, Ruby, PHP or any one of them
Willing to work from home and on weekends as needed
